Blue eye
One of the interesting souvenirs you can bring from your holiday in Greece is “matóchandro”. It is a symbol of the “blue eye”, whose task is to protect its owner from evil. People believe that the talisman has the power to reflect these forces. Sometimes it happens that the amulet itself breaks to pieces when repulsing an evil force. Then it needs to be thrown away, because the accumulated evil energy is said to flow from it.
